Make sure that the same rules apply in your sphere of influence as in your home: openness, attentiveness, a sense of responsibility for each other.
If you feel like a host everywhere, you will also radiate this. People are attracted to people who take responsibility for the situation, they trust them more.
The advantage for you: There is always a pleasant atmosphere where you are, your small party is always the best, no matter what big event it is.
